UK Delivery


To ensure the safety of their teams and customers, DHL have now implemented an ‘Accepted at Delivery Point’ scheme, whereby drivers will retreat to a safe distance when delivering packages to those isolating themselves. You will be able to select this service upon receiving a text/email regarding your delivery.

Our reduced teams, as well as those within the supply chain, are doing their best to get orders fulfilled as soon as is humanly possible.

Please allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery. Current high demand for our products, and reduced staffing of operations in the supply, chain means it make take a little longer to prepare and dispatch your order. Some of our fine wines are stored in our off-site bonded warehouse, and these wines can take slightly longer to reach you, especially at this time.

Delivery is FREE for all orders over £100 to a single UK mainland address*. 

Delivery is charged at £7.95 per order for all orders under £100 to mainland UK addresses, which is added to your order when you checkout.

Delivery to the EU

Due to complications and restrictions surrounding exports we currently do not ship to the following EU destinations.

Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, France, Greece, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine.

From 1st January 2021 all overseas orders both within and outside the EU will be priced excluding UK duty and VAT. Prices will be adjusted when you checkout.

Deliveries to the EU may be liable to local duties and taxes for which customers are responsible. The local delivery agent in your destination country will contact you to arrange payment of these taxes. Please contact your local customs authorities prior to placing your order if you have any questions.

Please note, deliveries to the EU are subject to a minimum order value of £150 excluding delivery charges.

We are reviewing the situation frequently and apologise for any inconvenience.


You should receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and on the day of delivery you will receive a text with a one-hour delivery slot.


Sorry, but it is not currently possible to collect wines from our offices in line with government closures of non-essential retail outlets.
