Two Hands Lily's Garden Shiraz 2005 was purchased in its original cases. Lily's Garden comes from the estate's 'Garden series'; their super premium range of Shiraz from one of the finest Shiraz growing regions in Australia.

In fact, Lily's Garden Shiraz is the pick of the bunch from Two Hand's McLaren Vale vineyards; a generous wine with cascading blue fruits and a rich long palate.

Two Hands was established by Michael Twelftree and Richard Mintz in 1999 in order to make the best possible Shiraz in Australia, and their eclectically named wines have consistently won rave reviews. In fact, Two Hands has earned a place in the Wine Spectator Top 100 Wines for ten years in a row, the only winery in the world to ever achieve this feat.

"The 2005 Shiraz Lily's Garden from McLaren Vale has a splendid nose of cedar, scorched earth, violets, spice box, saddle leather, and blueberry pie. Rich and super-concentrated, it has layers of ripe flavors, a soft blanket of tannins, and terrific complexity. This surprisingly elegant Shiraz will evolve for 8-10 years and drink well through 2025." robertparker.com
