Estate Notes

Sharpham’s wonderfully dry sparkling wine, crafted on the banks of the stunning River Dart, is as good as many a Champagne we have come across, and is made in the same traditional method as its French counterpart whereby secondary fermentation occurs in bottle. Aged on its lees for three years, this complex wine is great with food – enjoy with calamari or even traditional fish & chips!

Reviews

Lovely citrus-driven style with juicy green apples, and real toasty/bready complexity from the extended lees aging. Vibrant and fresh, with a soft mousse and a lovely long finish.
