Domaine Bertrand Ambroise

Domaine Bertrand Ambroise is a family-run Burgundy domaine, and Bertrand's children are now more involved in the production side of the business.

Bertrand Ambroise employ traditional vinification methods, where the Pinot Noir is destemmed, allowed to macerate for 15-25 days and then aged for 12-18 months in barrels. These red Burdundies are truly charming. The fruit is fully expressive with tannins that are ripe and supple and the acidity holding all in perfect balance.
