This is the maiden vintage of an exciting new endeavour from Graham Beck, South Africa's leading Methode Cap Classique producer. In early May 2016, Cellarmaster Pieter Ferreira and Winemaker Pierre de Klerk embarked on their final classification tasting of the year's base wines. Having created an astonishing final blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, Pieter suggested they should create a mirror image of the blend, with Chardonnay taking the lead role. They loved both blends - and Yin & Yang were born.
