Château Pajzos' 1993 Tokaji Essenzia 1993 (50cl) is a rare and exceptional Tokaji - an incredibly thick, rich, opulent sweet wine with syrup-like texture. This 1993 Tokaji was purchased in its original wooden case.
This luxurious Tokaji Essencia is the richest and rarest of all Hungarian Tokaji wines made only from the juice that aszù berries naturally exude as they are waiting to be crushed.
Château Pajzos was founded in 1992, together with Château Megyer, and together they share a winery in Sárospatak, close to the castle. This cellar is one of the oldest estates of the wine region. Today, Pazjos is owned by Jean-Louis Laborde (of Château Clinet, Pomerol fame).
