François Délaby-Génot made enormous progress in crafting benchmark Burgundy, recently completing a new phase of rebuilding and expansion. The last few years saw a huge leap forward in the quality of produce, yet despite its burgeoning reputation, its wines still represent excellent Burgundian value-for-money. And now since Guillaume Lavollée has taken over direction of the winemaking of this, one of the largest private domains in the Côte d’Or, the red wines have regained their quality and finesse, comparable to the estate’s magnificent white wines. The vineyards are now in process of biodynamic conversion.
