Champagne Franck Bonville Grand Cru Brut Rosé NV is a superb dry Rosé Champagne and a stunning rendition of this increasingly popular style. Deep pink colour and bone dry, with a fine and lasting bead, and delicious wild red fruits.
Bonville's Champagnes are incredibly popular with the French public – who would rather go for quality than a label alone. In fact, as testament to the estate's quality, Bonville used to supply grapes to Bollinger no less, before switching to focus on their own fine wine production.

Appealing salmon-pink colour; the nose offers up wild strawberries, with hints of raspberries and red cherries, alongside brioche / patisserie notes. Delicate on the palate with similar red fruit characters continuing, and a very agreeable creamy centre leading to a dry yet persistent finish of red fruits with a touch of leafy / herbal complexity. Delicious on its own as an aperitif or with canapes, or alongside fish / lighter meat dishes.
