Palliser Estate is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Collins, Clouston and Palliser vineyards in the Martinborough winegrowing region.

Grapes were harvested and processed at optimum maturity to retain the inherent fruitiness of this varietal. Cool fermented to 12.5% alc. in stainless-steel, the wine then aged 4 months on lees. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, this wine is very fresh with bright and vibrant aromas of pungent passionfruit, with tropical fruit notes and fresh herbs. "Punchy, aromatic sauvignon blanc with tropical fruit, passionfruit, ripe nectarine and subtle crushed herb flavours supported by an appealing and ethereal texture. A bright, fresh wine with purity and a lingering finish." Bob Campbell MW

Lovely aromatics. Fresh, bright and vibrant, with voluminous notes of passionfruit, tropical fruits and hints of fresh herbs. White florals and an array of green stonefruits, with minerality flows into a very fine-textured mouthfeel, with excellent energy and poise, leading to a long, lingering, textured finish.
