Reyneke's Organic White is based on the classic Bordeaux blend of Sauvignon and Semillon, with vibrancy from the Sauvignon balanced by fatness of the Semillon. Grapes for Reyneke's Organic White are sourced from organic vineyards around the Western Cape, which are mainly planted on sandy, loam soils. Each varietal is vinified separately on their lees to build complexity and ensure that their unique characteristics shine through in the final blend.
