We would have to be candid and say that a Pinot Gris from Australia was not at the top of our shopping list, and it is therefore with great delight that we introduce this exceptionally exciting find!

The vineyards which produce this Pinot are very low-lying and this misty cool climate imparts moreish minerality and character. The parcels selected for inclusion in the 2009 are carefully hand-picked from vines which were originally grafted onto Chardonnay root stock.

This is really quite outstanding with hay notes, white stone fruits and vibrant citrus high notes. Wonderfully refreshing with a salty, minerally tang at its core.
