The Paxton Chardonnay is creamy, salty and minerally, with delicious citrus fruits - a wine of real class and distinction - and a welcome break from the one-dimensional Australian Chardonnays.

Following consistent acclaim for the ‘Thomas Block’ vineyard fruit, Paxton decided to produce a Chardonnay under his own label. The vineyard, which is named after the famous Australian astronaut Andrew Thomas, is a low-lying cool site which enables the production of fruit with exceptional concentration and natural acidity.

Elegant and balanced with notes of mango, peach and citrus fruit. Lovely and creamy with mineral notes and a salty hint on the long finish. Outstanding!
