The Paxton Quandong Farm is a premium single vineyard Shiraz, and was the first of the Paxton stable to be farmed biodynamically, with enthusiastic assistance from the residents of the on-site beehives!

Quandong itself is an indigenous fruit, often referred to as a native peach, and the name reveals the original use of the land on which the vines are now located.

This is a very serious Shiraz with balance and finesse as well as power and real class so rarely seen on the high street shelves.
