At Cadman Fine Wines we enjoy what we do. In fact, we absolutely love it!
We, like you, are wine enthusiasts (from the chairman right through to the warehouse). Each of us feels fortunate to work in an area that they are passionate about. Many of our team are friends as well as colleagues who have amassed too many years in the wine trade to mention, and have miraculously managed to stay sober (well, most of the time, anyway!).

Giles Cadman – Founder & Chairman
Giles has a huge passion for fine wines and brings many years experience of his ardour.
Giles’ aim is to enable customers to share his love for wine, by providing high quality wines at reasonable prices. He is especially proud of Cadman's single bottle ordering policy, believing that this gives access and freedom of choice to many fine wines. Giles' favourite wine moment was being awarded the Vendangeur d’honneur at Mouton Rothschild for the millennium harvest.

Paul Trimming – Sales and Marketing Manager
Paul specialized in gastronomy at Bournemouth University before embarking on a career in Food and Beverage. It wasn’t long, however, before the wine industry recruited him and he began his 20 year stint in the trade – the last decade of which he has spent on the marketing side, championing diversity, authenticity and lesser-known winemaking areas. In wine terms he is a traditionalist but a modernist when it comes to ecommerce, social media and the web.
Paul’s opinion is that there is an illusion of choice on the high street, and that consumers miss out on so many other more exciting wines.

Mike King – Logistics
Mike graduated with an MA (Cantab) in Mathematics in 1990 and it was whilst at Cambridge that he developed his passion for, and knowledge of wine. He competed in Varsity Wine Tasting Matches against Oxford, and was a regional finalist in the Daily Telegraph Wine Taster of the Year.
Mike brings nigh on two decades of expertise to the team, and is responsible for logistics and supply chain solutions. In short, he makes sure that the wine arrives on time!

Simon Hedley Felton – Editor
Simon is a freelance editor and writer with over 10 years experience in writing about wine.
He is Editor and Copywriter for the Cadman Fine Wines website and printed catalogues - and so if you find any typos - then you have a name to blame (but not a face!).
Simon is a sucker for good Verdicchio.
