Henri Perrot-Minot's Mazoyères-Chambertin is a refined, traditional style Pinot. Rich, round  and opulent in the mouth with lashings of red and black fruits and hints of spice adding interest.

The Grand Cru vineyard of Mazoyères is adjacent to Charmes-Chambertin and is legally allowed to append this most famous appellation to its title. But few producers actually use Mazoyères-Chambertin on their labels, and so unsurprisingly it is not really that well known.

Henri Perrot-Minot's grapes are picked by hand from vines with an average age of 65 years, and benefit from the use of natural fertiliser.
