Henri Perrot-Minot's Chambolle-Musigny 2001 is ‘an iron fist in a silk glove’.

Henri Perrot-Minot, situated on the famous route des Grands Crus in the heart of Côte de Nuits, covers 10 hectares of premium Burgundy terroir.

The estate is run by Cristophe Perrot-Minot, one of Burgundy's most revered winemakers. Grapes are picked by hand from vines with an average age of 65 years and benefit from the use of natural fertiliser. The fruit is then painstakingly sorted on tables to ensure that only the best produce make the cut. Henri Perrot-Minot wines are then aged for between 15-18 months in new oak, and are neither filtered not fined.
