Fourrey is relatively new to the Chablis scene, and this up-and-coming domaine only started bottling their production in 1989.
The secret behind their success is their dogged work in the vineyards and employ a combination of both traditional and modern techniques. This has resulted in the emergence of one of the best producers in Chablis. Under the assured guidance of Jean-Luc and his sister Marie Jo, this is undoubtedly an estate to watch.
