Pontet-Canet produced a stunning wine in 2008. One of the wines of the vintage!

Pontet-Canet is a fifth growth on paper, yet not in reality, and produces classic left bank Bordeaux that soars above its 5th growth status in the Bordeaux classification. While Pontet-Canet’s wines are not quite in the same league as its neighbour, Mouton Rothschild, they're not that far off. The 2008 vintage is amongst its finest.
