Château Haut-Brion 2000 was one of the finest wines of this great Bordeaux's vintage – rated 98 points by eRobertParker.com.

Haut-Brion is the least well-known of the first growths (and is the only château outside of the Haut-Médoc to be awarded growth status in the classification of 1855), and so it rarely achieves a higher price than its contemporaries, which is good news for astute Bordeaux buyers, especially in the outstanding 2000 vintage.
