The Bourée Meursault 2007 is wonderfully traditional rendition of the classic Meursault style from an excellent white Burgundy vintage.
Meursault has historically been Burgundy’s centre for premium white wine production and the 2007 was an excellent vintage, particularly in the more famed areas. The best wines of the vintage display great fruit purity, fine minerality and wonderful aromatics.
Tasting Notes..Wonderful nutty aromas slightly toasty with lovely aromatic notes of peach and flowers. The palate is classic, and has a ripe creamy depth with a well balanced backbone of acidity and minerality. A wonderful example of Meursault. |
